Tennis Facts:

2500 Hours of Instruction is provided annually by our club pros.

Just in 2009, 325 children participated in junior tennis programs.

Each year Burkwood plans and holds at minimum 3 Tennis Socials including the July 4th social, the Memorial Day social, and the Labor Day social.

At this time Burkwood currently fields about 84 teams for the USTA and independent league play.

In the month of July 2009 Burkwood held regional Junior Tennis Tournaments for ages 12 and under.

Burkwood has constructed 4 new amazing Clay Courts, which are being enjoyed by our memebers.

Bill Wilson along with other Burkwood members serve on our Tennis Committee. Bill is currently the 3.0 male representative.
