BODYPUMP™ is designed to improve strength and endurance in the major muscle groups and, in doing so, burn calories. We use carefully chosen music tracks to guide you through the class with maximum effect. The usual length of each class is 60 minutes

ALL LEVELS WELCOME

BOOT CAMPATTENTION PRIVATES!!!!  This class is packed with a series of fun exercises that are specifically designed to tone and strengthen the body, increase cardiovascular fitness, and leave the mind and body refreshed and invigorated.  ALL LEVELS WELCOME 

CARDIO INTERVAL - This is an hour class with a mix of cardio and strength training.  Instructor will alternate high intensity (cardio) to moderate to low intensity (strength training). INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED 

CARDIO/SCULPT - This class ifs very similar to the Cardio Interval class.  It is a combination of cardio and strength training.  What better way to get both your cardio and strength training workout in an hour.  INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

CYCLING CLASS -  (separate schedule)  A non-impact, indoor cardiovascular workout performed to music on a specialty designed stationary bike.  Bring a towel and water bottle.  This a 45 minute to 1 hour class.   ALL LEVELS WELCOME 

JUMP START - this "wake-up" class is for early birds.  This class alternates between a cardiovascular workout and  strength training.  This is a 45 minute class. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LEVEL 

KICKBOXING No Kickboxing Classes in July or August - will return in September 2011.  This class is designed to introduce technique and basic movements such as jabs, crosses, and kicks.  Great for the new participant or those looking for a quick and effective workout.   ALL LEVELS WELCOME

PILATES - A challenging strength and flexibility workout with an emphasis on the "core" or back and abdominal regions.  This class uses little or no equipment and is based on the teaching of Joseph Pilates (pill-AH-teez). ALL LEVELS WELCOME 

MASTERS FITNESS - This class is exclusively designed for older and relatively sedentary adults who want to improve thier strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.  Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a stability ball are just a few of the things that you will learn how to use in this class.  Don't miss this opportunity to have some fun while getting fit.   ALL LEVELS WELCOME

MASTERS FITNESS SWIM - Learn to swim better, stronger and faster.  Work on your technique & endurance, just for fun, or to meet your fitness and/or training goals.  Basic swimming skills are required. 

MASTERS YOGA - This yoga class is for older and relatively sedentary adults who want to improve their flexibility, balance, and strength.  The instructor will explain the breathing pattern, the different poses, as well as the proper form for each pose.  Wear comfortable clothing.  Mats are provided.  ALL LEVELS WELCOME

YOGA- Flow in and out of poses to help improve strength, flexibility and balance.  Meditation and relaxation included.  This is a 45-minute class. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
