BODY SCULPT - not just for girls! This 45-minute class is a head to toe resistance workout using all of our toys. Something different for those who want a change from weight lifting. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
BEGINNER'S CYCLING CLASS - Have you always wanted to try a cycling class, but think it is too hard and you wouldn't be able to keep up? Now you can learn how to adjust the bike, control the resistance as you transition from seated to standing and much more. The instructor will take you on an easy ride, as well as instruct you how to properly position your hands, knees, feet, and torso. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
BOOT CAMP - ATTENTION PRIVATES!!!! This class is packed with a series of fun exercises that are specifically designed to tone and strengthen the body, increase cardiovascular fitness, and leave the mind and body refreshed and invigorated. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
CARDIO INTERVAL - This is a 45 minute class with a mix of cardio and strength training. Instructor will alternate high intensity (cardio) to moderate to low intensity (strength training). INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED
CYCLING CLASS - (separate schedule) A non-impact, indoor cardiovascular workout performed to music on a specialty designed stationary bike. Bring a towel and water bottle. This a 45 minute to 1 hour class. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
HOT STEP - A real workout for the die-hard stepper! Lots of fun moves and combos guaranteed to make you forget you are working out! This is a 1 hour class. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LEVEL
HYDROMANIA - An intense cardio class designed to use water as the ultimate resistance tool to improve cardiovascular health and muscle tone. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
JUMP START - this "wake-up" class is for early birds. This class alternates between a cardiovascular workout and strength training. This is a 45 minute class. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LEVEL
JUST ABS - 15 minutes of pure, unadulterated abdominal exercises, Pilates included. 3-minute low back warm-up included. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
PILATES - A challenging strength and flexibility workout with an emphasis on the "core" or back and abdominal regions. This class uses little or no equipment and is based on the teaching of Joseph Pilates (pill-AH-teez). ALL LEVELS WELCOME
POWER SCULPTING - Strength training at its best. Using dumbbells, tubing, balls and more to work every muscle in every angle. Instructor will take you through exercises to shape your body like nothing else! GREAT WORKOUT FOR MEN AND WOMEN!! ALL LEVELS WELCOME
T'AI CHI - A gentle sample of the "moving mediation" that is T'ai Chi, this class will consist of a series of slow-paced flowing movements performed while standing. you will "hold the moon", "grasp the swallow's tail", and "embrace the tiger". You might even "repulse the monkey". T'ai chi has been shown to improve balance, decrease blood pressure, and improve muscle tone. No previous experience is needed. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
YOGA- Flow in and out of poses to help improve strength, flexibility and balance. Meditation and relaxation included. This is a 45-minute class. ALL LEVELS WELCOME

60+ CLASS - This class is exclusively designed for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a stability ball are just a few of the things that you will learn how to use in this class. Don't miss this oppoutunity to have some fun while getting fit. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
(NEW) STRENGTH WITH PILATES - This class consists of lower and upper body strength training with an emphasis on the core. The last half of the class is on the mat using pilates techniques and exercises. All of this is choreographed to contemporary Christian music. (If you need childcare for this class, please call in by noon the day before, to reserve a spot. The reason is because childcare doesn't normally open until 8:30am. However, if childcare knows the day before theat they have reservations for 8:00am, they will open early) INTERMEDIATE (but can be modified for most fitness levels)
