6:30 pm – Bodypump*

5:30 am - Boot Camp
9:00 am - Cycling
9:00 am – Bodypump*
10:30 am – Master Fitness
5:45 pm - Cycling
6:00 pm – Kickboxing (Coming back in Sept.)

Wednesdays

5:30 am – Bodypump*

5:30 am – Master Fitness Swim**
9:00 am – Cardio Interval
9:00 am – Beginner Cycling (Coming back in Sept.)

10:15 am – Masters Yoga (Offered every other week – Check schedule for dates)
